Personal Planning

Protecting the people behind the business.

Whether you're serving as a trustee or executor, or putting your own estate plan in place, Lauren brings the same attention to your personal matters that she brings to your business. Both stand on their own — you don't need a business connection to get help here.

Fiduciary Services

I'm a Trustee or Executor

Attorney-led guidance for trustees, executors, and conservators — understanding your duties, managing accountings and distributions, and working through disputes with beneficiaries when they arise. Often connected to a business interest, but just as available for a standalone family matter.

Estate Planning

I Need an Estate Plan

Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives — designed around your family, your assets, and your long-term goals. Usually coordinated with a business succession plan, but available on its own too.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be a business owner to work with Lauren on this?
No. While fiduciary and estate matters often connect to a business, both services stand entirely on their own for individuals and families with no business involved at all.
What's the difference between a trustee, an executor, and a conservator?
A trustee manages a trust, an executor administers a will through probate, and a conservator manages the affairs of someone who can't manage their own. Each comes with different duties and processes.
Do I need both a will and a trust?
Often yes — a trust and a "pour-over" will typically work together, not as substitutes for each other. We can walk through what fits your specific situation.

Not sure which one applies to you?

A short conversation can identify exactly what you need, whether that's fiduciary guidance, an estate plan, or both.
