FAQ

Common questions

Do I need all of this at once?
No. Most clients start with whatever stage they're actually in — forming a business, adding a partner, planning succession — and the rest gets addressed as it becomes relevant.
What if I already have a CPA or financial advisor?
Lauren coordinates directly with the advisors you already have. If you don't have one for a particular need, she can also bring in her own coordinated team.
Does this replace Outside General Counsel or Succession Planning?
No — this is the framework that connects them. The General Counsel Program and Succession & Buy-Sell planning are still the specific services; Integrated Planning is how they stay coordinated with each other and with your personal estate plan.
What if my business is only at one stage right now?
That's normal, and that's fine. The value of thinking about the whole arc isn't doing everything today — it's making sure today's decisions don't create problems at the next stage.
